London-born architect and interior designer Sophie Harvey has spent more than three decades designing timeless residences distinguished by architectural integrity, refined interiors, and meticulous attention to detail. Her work is guided by the belief that exceptional design should feel effortless, balancing beauty, function, and a profound understanding of how people live.
Sophie earned her Bachelor's degree in Environmental & Interior Design from Otis Parsons School of Design before receiving her Master of Architecture degree from Yale University. She began her career with the renowned Los Angeles architecture firm of Eric Owen Moss before establishing Sophie Harvey Design in 1994.
Rooted in architecture, Sophie's work begins with thoughtfully resolved space, balanced proportion, and an understanding of how a home should function long before finishes and furnishings are considered. The result is a timeless aesthetic that feels both sophisticated and deeply personal.
Today, Sophie leads Sophie Harvey Design LLC, with current commissions including private residences in Aspen, Palm Springs and Mexico City.
